Artway Gallery are proud to present the first exhibition of photographer Simon Batchelar.
Simon works across the UK, and occasionally in the USA and Europe, as a location sound engineer and boom operator. On each location, he takes the time to capture his surroundings and the results are a unique insight into the behind the scenes world of film & television, although Simon makes every effort to keep exact locations and stories a secret to all but the cast and crew!
Along with the world of film and television, he captures private moments with his wife, son & ‘labramation’ dog, so we see the fun days out, the walks in the woods and the love within his family.
Travels Of A Soundman runs from 18th December – 4th January and includes a viewing event on Sunday 18th between 2pm – 4pm, all are welcome!
