‘Under The Weather’

We welcome artist Jon Daulby to the gallery with his exhibition of illustrations.
Entitled ‘Under The Weather’ his work is a humorous observation of character and wordplay, combining animal illustration with ”idioms relating to animals”.
The style of the illustration has quaint
and storybook quality with the use of just 2 colours.
”The majority of my work tries to have a sense of fun and humour, never
particularly taking itself too seriously.”
Jon graduated from University of the Arts Central Saint Martins in 2007
with a 2.1 in Graphic Design. His work has varied over the years from
toy design and stop motion animation to illustration and typographical
design.
